INTELLIGENT FOOD
 

During Foodexpo 2012 you were able to visit the new theme area Intelligent Food, where the canteen manager, the chef and other employees working with cooking could get inspiration about how to get a bit closer in creating food which is not only healthy, but intelligent as well. 

The theme area was well visited all 3 fair days, where a lot of interested visitors had a talk about the concept. 16 recipies was developed for the theme area which the visitors was able to take with them home and last but not least it was possible to taste 4 of the intelligent dishes.
